As defined in the e-MIDER Market Regulation, the participant requirements applied to Credit Institutions, Investment Companies and Financial Intermediaries are :

-        total net assets of at least € 15 million

-        membership to the Payment System of the relevant currency (€, $), directly or via Agent Banks
