Prof. Francesco Cesarini

Francesco Cesarini, full professor on the Faculty of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences, Catholic University of Milan, has a large banking experience. He was a member of Bank of Italy's supervisory board for the special administration of Banco Ambrosiano; subsequently, board member Nuovo Banco Ambrosiano; chairman Banca Agricola Milanese S.p.A.; chairman Banca Popolare di Milano; deputy chairman Consiglio di Borsa (Italian Stock Exchange Council); board member Akros Finanziaria and RAS-Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà S.p.A.; chairman Consiglio di Borsa (Italian Stock Exchange Council); chairman Banco Ambrosiano Veneto S.p.A.; chairman UniCredito Italiano and deputy chairman and executive committee member Mediobanca S.p.A.

Massimo Burratti, after a twenty-year experience in the back and middle office and in the organizational aspects inside of some banks  (Barclays Bank, Fideuram, Euromobiliare), towards the end of the ninety’s worked at various international projects in important contests first being involved in a Italian-Canadian initiative in the banking area and then in SIA SSB managing also some projects related to the evolution of the e-MID markets (Large Deals and e-MIDER). After a period in Area Banca where he worked at the reorganization of the back-office with the launch of new services at value added, in 2002 he started his job in e-MID in the area of the market projects and the relationship with the outsourcer. He managed two migrations of the e-MID platform: a first project for changing the hardware and network infrastructure and a second one for changing the entire infrastructure(hardware, software, network) after having signed a new IT agreement with List spa. He also managed the passage from BI.REL to Target 2 with the migration in the first window together with the German banking system. In e-MID he has also managed privacy rules, anti money-laundering and the law 231.
In December 2011 he was appointed General Manager of e-MID SIM SpA.
